Do boys have cooties?

I don't like most boys but there is one guy that I am super into and I was wondering if all boys have cooties or just the mean ones?

    Sweetheart, most guys do NOT have cooties!!! ESPECIALLY the cute ones that you like!!!

    Cooties is a name children (who are too young to admit that they like the opposite sex) came up with to make fun of those they are beginning to become attracted to. As you get older, cooties is a nickname for body lice. Now, it's possible that this guy might have lice, but it's highly unlikely!!!
