Will I be able to run a GTX 970 with these pc specs? Any bottlenecking, etc?

Ok so I want to upgrade my GPU from a Radeon HD 6950 to a GTX 970. Here are my specs for my pc.

Windows 7 64-bit OS

Sapphire Radeon HD 6950

AMD Phenom II X4 965 Processor 3.40 GHz (4 cores)

8 GB RAM

ASUS M4A87TD Tubro Evo MOBO (supports AM3 sockets)

So with these specs, will I able able to run a GTX 970 without any issues?

Update:

Sorry, forgot to add the PSU. I have a TX650 PSU.

I look at your specs might have a small issues with running high end games at ultra settings , far cry 4 or assassin creed unity trying to get good fps that is still one of the best amd phenom ll x4 965 and a fairly good motherboard
