If you're in love with someone, is it possible to see them with someone else and NOT be jealous at all?

I think it might depend on what type of person you are and how long you've loved them for.

I've been in love with the same person for 6 years and recently they've gone into a relationship with someone else and just hearing them say their name makes me jealous, sometimes I have to stand in silence while I listen to the person I love more than anything talk about someone else like they're absolutely perfect and its physically impossible not to get jealous, in my opinion if you don't even get a tiny bit jealous then you couldn't have really loved them in the first place..

In such a circumstance my feelings don't matter, the person I desire is taken by someone else so clearly that person is more desirable to him than I am. Like it or not I have no right to be jealous. I have to just deal with my desires and move on.

You have to learn to let go and trust. If you bear down and cling you will drive people away. Build relationships with the right people over the right issues.

If you aren't the jealous type, perhaps. I'd be jealous though..
