I'm considering buying a skater skirt that's 14" long, but I'm wondering if it would be too short. I'm 5 feet 6.

Personally, I think they look feet look huge but they're very comfortable. I wonder what makes them so popular, though?

I remember looking at it at my school's book fair, but I can't exactly remember what its title was. The book cover was an image of a young person peering behind an empty birdcage on a table. Or was there even a person there at all?

Anyway, the blurb was about I think a seventeen-year-old girl, 1953, it mentioned a war and prostitution. Oh, and it was a young adult book (I can't believe I remember all of this and not the title! >.<)

I know that isn't much info, but by any chance does anyone know which novel I'm talking about?

Personally, I think 16 because that's when you can actually drive and take yourself to wherever the date is at. I'm still in middle school and several of my friends have boyfriends or have had boyfriends, which I think is silly. My mom says that's what causes so many teenage girls to be pregnant now, because they dated in middle school.

Well, that's my opinion; I'm not saying you can't date in middle school. But this is about your opinion, so which age do you think is best?

I like the Family & Relationship category; I never answer anything there but some of the stories are really interesting... and quite romantic. I also like Polls & Surveys because there's a lot of variety and dumb questions. :P

I'm doing a presentation for Social Studies where I have to dress up like Ivan III. However, it doesn't seem like there are many Ivan III costumes... What would Russian royalty wear in the 1400s? Full length fur coats? Tall bejeweled boots? If you have any idea what they would dress like, please answer!

Also, a link to an Ivan III costume, if possible, would be appreciated as well. :)

Or, rather, what are Americans currently doing in Afghanistan? Are they fighting? Or sitting there, waiting to return home? And why are they still there?

Actually, this is a homework assignment, and I don't know who I'd honor. Everyone important is basically already honored. Of course I'd say myself, but this is a graded essay and I don't think I'd do a good job making up a reason why *I* should be honored.

My Acer Aspire's keyboard won't work, and currently I'm using the on-screen keyboard and speech recognition. Even though useful, these apps suck, especially speech recognition. I'd really like my keyboard back!

The mouse and screen work perfectly fine. I don't know what happened; just this morning I turned on the computer and the keyboard wouldn't function.

I suspect it's like a setting somewhere on the control panel and hopefully not an internal problem, otherwise that might get expensive. Please help!

It's still slightly chilly in my area, but it'll be warmer anytime now. So then should I just save it for when fall comes? But then ASOS would probably stop selling it by then... it'll be "out of season." So I should probably prepare for the cold, right? We always have crazy weather over here, sometimes it's raining, sometimes it's snowing....

Anyway, the main point is, is it too expensive or not? And why?

A bit of a strange question...

One of my best friends is Filipino. I noticed that when we first met, she didn't really look me in the eye. At all. I also heard that some cultures believe it's offensive to look "non-family members" or "non-friends" in the eye. Is this true?

I was wondering what the different names of blonde hair was; i.e., strawberry blonde, dirty blonde, etc.

I loved the Chicken McBites; they were the best part of Mickey D's. Now they've gone and replaced them with some crappy God-awful fish balls. They were so cute and little, I loved them. Many people complain about how dry they are, but at least they aren't as soggy and flavorless the fish ones. I'm just hoping the McBites would make a big unexpected comeback. If they never bring it back, they can at least dump the fish. Honestly, since when did people love fish? Especially deep-fried fish? How desperate are you, McDonald's? How desperate? >:C
