    Angles in a triangle = 180, and since the two sides are the same (I.e. It's an isosceles triangle) then the two base angles are going to be identical. With that said; 180-52=128

    So the sum of the two base angles is 128.

    128/2=64

    So each base angle is 64 degrees.

    Angles on a straight line also = 180 degrees and you now know one angle is 64 degrees on that line, so;

    180-64=116

    The exterior angle is 116 degrees
