Constantly feeling down.. Not sure why?
Hi, im 20 years old and usually a very happy individual. Lately, for the past 5-6 months, I have been feeling down and im not entirely sure why.
Ive been working at my current job for the past 4 months. I hate it. Its boring, hard work, sh!t pay and theres hardly anyone here. The lady who I have to work with thinks shes my boss, and talks down to me, also everything is my fault (even the things she cocks up!) and im just fed up. This is probably the main reason im down.
My brother and sister have both just had babies 5 months apart. Im so happy for them, but I just cant help feeling useless. Theyve got so much going on with their lives and then theres just me. Doing the same old thing that ive been doing for the past 4 years.
I dont think im depressed. Im not sure if I am or just dont want to know. I dont feel down ALL the time, but most of the time I am. I feel like crying a hell of a lot and I dont get excited. Nothing really appeals to me. Nothing seems fun. I literally just want to go home and stay at home.
Any ideas on how I can change how I feel??

I used to feel the same way about 4 years ago and without me going to get checked on that, I decided to get a physical check to make sure I didn't have anything wrong with me, diabetes, high cholesterol or whatever.
It turns out I had a problem with my thyroid gland and that was causing my depression, you feel sad, depressed, unwanted and at times just want to kill yourself.
After they found out they gave me medication for it, called levothyroxine and it just went away.
So and get checked up.
I hope I helped.
