Does anyone think Brandon Browner is actually good?

The Patriots suddenly went from the 31st in 2013 to the 4th most penalized team in the league this season.

Most of the Patriots defensive starters have committed 3 or 4 penalties but in 7 games games Browner has committed 11. Rather than giving a TD or a big play he gives free first downs.

Some of these penalties aren't even his fault. But I think we need a guy like him. He's been pretty solid this season for the most part. He had a frustrating game yesterday, but has done a great job on receivers like Alshon Jeffrey and Calvin Johnson.

browner is an upgrade from what they previously had, while he gives up a lot of penalties. the patriots now have a good 1-2 punch on CB

Bad in coverage, there is a reason why teams target him in the passing game. I think this will be more and more that way as its becoming more exposed.

He's an ok DB. The only great part of his game is he is physical. However, he also draws a TON of flags for it

He is kind of like the 'enforcer' on a hockey team. Not the most gifted or talented player but not afraid to get his hands dirty. I am more surprised he is not flagged more often after watching the Patriot games the last two weeks.

No he's average and gets away with a lot of holding . He's an upgrade over dennard whatever his name is ..
