Dryland workout for swimmers?

I need to improve my dryland workout. I'm not doing much at the moment, mostly core work and stamina training. What exercises should I do to improve my arm and leg strength (kicking)?

    use medicine balls for the arms (you can find workouts with those all over the internet), and do excercizes like mountain climbers (in push-up form, but trying to bring your knees to your chin while 'running') and squat-thrusts.
