Room mate is a felon.?

My room mate and I share an apt. We are both on the lease. She just got out of prison 2 months ago as a felon. Will she show up on my background check?

    Thx D'jango.....its my kids mom..she's been in prison for the last 2 years. I helping her out so she's not homless or living in an crappy halfway house.

    Not unless you were charged and convicted, too...but you do lead an interesting life.
