Feminists, would you be willing to keep your equality out of government?
I'm a voluntarist. No one forces anything from anyone. If you want it, go and get it, and if you want it from me, talk it over with me.
More rights for anyone over the other renders your equality notion as utter BS.
I don't believe we are equal in capabilities, but ultimately the strongs responsibility is protection of the weak, and even if it fails, government doesn't work to force it.
I think it's extremely difficult to work out the gender bias in courts pertaining to straight relationships, as they are quite nuanced. Even the most neutered feminist would agree that you want different things from your partner than a friend.
So how about no
-No fault divorce, no affirmative action, no fathers rights, no mothers rights, no violence, period, no child abuse, no alimony, no domestic rape, no consent laws, nothing but the people to take matters in their own hands. Notice I didnt advocate for more laws.
That is equality

it seems you're starting position is that in society everyone is equally capable of acting without limitation on their own behalf
you fail to account that power imbalances can and do exist
for this reason society has a variety of laws to produce desired outcomes, some of which work well, some of which require reform
courts are about application of the law
if the law is biased to one group over another, that is relatively simple to identify
likewise any public official who displays bias when supposedly applying the law
when bias is identified we as a society can and should deal with it
your list of reforms got a bit confusing
no no fault divorce?
no no child abuse?
what does this mean?
assuming you're advocating for all legal protections and available actions to be eliminated
no .. that makes no sense
Id be interested for you to explain at a paragraph a piece why each of those areas of law should be scrapped
EDIT
frankly Im a little confused as to what "the main concept" is that you're arguing
largely you seem to be talking about domestic, marriage and children disputes
women are not given special quarter in these areas despite what many claim
alimony as a concept is odd to me overall but we have always seen it disadvantage both men and women
as for all the rest what are your specific concerns .. because each of those areas of law are integral to settling disputes

I support equality for everyone, Masculism and Feminism are the enemies of equality. Both strive to put their gender on top. Masculism strives for economic/social rights for men, Feminism strives for economic/social rights for women. Can't we just strive for equal rights for everyone? Can't we all be Equalists(the belief that all humans are and should be equal regardless of race, sexual identity or economic status)? I agree with you that there should be no violence/wars, there should be no child abuse or domestic violence. Women should not have more rights then men, just like men should not have more rights then women. The court should look at both parties equally when it comes to child issues and custody. There should be age of consent laws, we are a modern society, we shouldn't have Middle Age rituals or marriages(like a 40 year old marrying a 14 year old, something that should not happen)

Your post is utter BS. Show me any place where women, or any other minority group, are asking for MORE rights. We want equal rights. And if people aren't willing to give it to us, then we will DEMAND it. As we should. Why should we have less opportunity in life simply because of what doesn't hang between our legs.
You are just another man who is afraid to compete with women on a level playing field. Otherwise, you would have no problem with EQUAL (not more) rights for women or any other minority group.
You want to go back to people beating each other up to enforce their rights. I knew you were a troglodyte.

Don't you see how that's inherently contradictory with the concept of getting rid of consent laws? You're essentially saying "don't force anything on me, but also feel free to rape!"
I disagree with you on the main concept.

You might disagree on specific laws, but I dare you to disagree with the main concept
