So atheists, Does the law court decide with No evidence, the criminal does not exists?

    That makes no sense. The court doesn't decide if the defendant exists.

    There is no evidence for any god that anyone has ever claimed.

    Luckily during my studies at Harvard, we went over this exact scenario. Unfortunately, I believe in god so I cannot answer your question.
