How do I lose my belly fat?
I am 6 foot 1 male and I weigh about 145. I am 18 years old. I have a lot of excess body fat(specifically in my belly) and I want to know what I would need to do to lose it. I have been reading a lot online however I never really found stuff for my height and weight. I want to try and have a flat stomach in 3.5 weeks. Is it possible for me to not change my eating habits and workout and still lose body fat? If not what would be a good way to go about this?

Spot reducing doesn't work, so forget crunches and sit ups. The only way to lose belly fat is to reduce your overall percentage of body fat. Also depends on how much we're talking here, but I'll assume it's somewhere around "moderate". Aerobic exercise 1/2 hour to an hour a day. Brisk walking, jogging, treadmill, aerobic class, elliptical, take your pick. Weights burn calories, and more dense muscle mass means more calories burned even while at rest. Use them, even light weights with high reps. Your basal metabolic rate is 10x your weight. This is the maximum amount of calories you should eat per day. Eat more than this, you'll gain. Eat less, you'll lose. There are foods that will help you burn calories, too. Lean meats, omlettes with one yolk and the rest egg whites, whole oatmeal (not the instant stuff), chicken, tuna, brown rice, lowfat cottage cheese, whole wheat bread and Ezekiel bread just to name a few. Protein shakes are good too. Basically, anything that's harder to digest. You need to become a label reader. Anything with fructose corn syrup or hydrogenated oil of any kind, avoid like the plague. White flour, white rice, white sugar, gone. Buy Stevia sweetener from Whole Foods or Trader Joe's. And fried foods are the devil. Lay off them if you want to lose belly fat. Good luck.

I am a female, but this worked for my boyfriend as well (he was in the same situation as you)
It's not just about doing sit ups and crunches, these will build muscle in your lower abs, but they don't help you lose weight.. so don't try doing 100 sit ups a day.
Though, i would recommend the 30 days Ab challenge App, its on the app store (free) and it is good for having a hard fit stomach.
Firstly, to help lose stomach fat, just knock out ALL sweets and chocolates. Temptation? Don't. If you want to achieve your goal you just can't eat anything with high sugars or fats. Start using My Fitness Pal its an app, an also a website where you can set Calorie goals and track what you eat. You need to be honest about yourself. Don't lie and not put in that ice cream you had in the afternoon to keep your calories down.
In the first week or so, you should lose around 3-4 kilos (6-8pounds) from the transition to the diet.
Start doing more Cycling which will be very good for your height, it uses a lot of lower body strength which can help for weight loss. I can't say that in 3.5 weeks you will have the (flat?) stomach you are hoping for.
Do not try any of those supplements, they often make you put on weight, then make you slowly lose weight.
What you read on the internet shouldn't have much to do with your height, it does not really vary.
But what you are saying about the "Not change eating habits and workout".. ehhh. You will have to change, but not for long.. once you achieve your goal you COULD go back to our original diet but be careful to maintain your weight! :)
The wrong way to go about this, would be trying the weight loss bars, because they don't work really unless you go to the gym at least 5 times a week.
*Of curse you could try an extreme diet like the Cotton Ball diet, which helps you lose weight extremely fast but can be dangerous if you eat toxic cotton balls. (I recommend you do research before trying! :))
