Three words are not a question. If your question is "What is Scotland's voting age?", then the answer is 18. It was dropped recently to 16 for the purpose of the independence referendum only. Scotland by itself cannot change the voting age for UK Parliamentary elections as that has to be the same all over the UK. The Scottish Parliament may choose to reduce it to 16 for elections in Scotland only, but that's their decision and nothing to do with Cameron.
