do ppl make a birdhouse type thing for bees and raccoons? Cant afford expensive custom items.?

I'm trying to get a gift for someone who has a fascination wit bees and raccoons coexisting and when she used to think she was in art school she'd draw all these paintings of it and frame them up all over her friends appartments and stuff and im trying to model this present after one she left me where the bees and raccoons were living in a shelter that was hanging from a futuristic tree that had light-bulbs growing off of it instead of elaves or fruit, i looked online but could only find birdhouses themselves and bees wouldnt want to live in tthere plus the raccoons couldnt fit, is there anything you guys can think of that fits these specifications and how can we trick the raccoons into wanting to live there while still having the bees stay around thank you.
