Need help from someone who understands gaming computer monitors?

I'm trying to purchase a computer monitor for my husband. Amazon can not promise before Christmas but I think I found it on another site that can... Both sites list with the same model number, however, one describes as 3D and the other as 3D ready. Is it the same monitor?

    I would use newegg to purchase a monitor.

    yes, it is just marketing. as long as they have the same model number it will be the same
