Unless you are willing to host your own website on a personal server (ie your home network which I would not advise because your network is probably not properly geared up for it) I am not sure there is a way of creating a website for free but you could use weebly which is free to create a website design and then visit a website such as godaddy and host off of them for very cheaply, I think the prices start at £0.62 a month.

try weebly. I started a site 2 weeks ago for a small business and have only just put it on my own domain name. I know nothing about coding but this is what ive managed in a small amount of time with little effort www.patriet.co.uk
