Open the command prompt by clicking start, run & entering cmd. Type this in & hit return after each one.
regsvr32 mshtmled.dll
regsvr32 jscript.dll
regsvr32 /i mshtml.dll
Then restart the computer. I can't remember if you close the window before restarting but I doubt it matters.
There's also another way to scan all your window files & see if they are ok, but you need your recovery disk to do it. Go to the command prompt again by clicking start, run, & cmd. Type in sfc /scannow & there is a space there.
