Is this a messed up individual?

I have an older brother that I live with I'm 19 he is 21.I finally got my section 8 but I don't have my ssi yet so I don't have a monthly income.The only thing I receive is food stamps.I got less than 2 months to find a place.I don't have any money to pay for my deposit.My brother said he will help pay for my deposit but he said I can't have any female company over not even once.He said if I want to bring female company over he said he won't help me pay for my deposit.My brother is a hypocrite since the past year he has brought over dozens of women but I can't bring over one and its not like half the women he brought over were good women because alot of them are scandalous were scandalous as hell so I don't see whats the difference with me bringing over one.Plus shes a good friend of mines and its not like shes gonna cause any problems.Its messed up because if your my brother u should want to help me out period why would u be trippin if I bring a female over once.Its not like I asked him this recently because I've been asking him for a year now.Of course I feel a little jealous because who wouldn't be.If u live with ur brother and he brings over a lot of women but u can't bring over one most people would be jealous and feel like thats really messed up.I know its his place but I'm his full blood brother which is more important.I wanna know if hes a true brother or not because if he was in my shoes I would do all I can for him and I already do even with the little I got.
