I have a otter of rum and a bottle of scotch. Both are more than 25 yrs. old. How long can I keep them and have them be drinkable?

Until you open them, provided they don't have a cork. Once they're open, the taste may slowly change, but they will still be drinkable until they evaporate.

Forever, if you keep them out of heat and sunlight. Distilled spirits don't go bad. Keep in mind, they also do not improve with age once they are bottled.
