How to change the video quality in Canon 1100D?

I want to lower the video quality because i had only low memory card in my camera. Can somebody know how? Thank you

it only has one movie mode. you really need at least a 4 GB memory card for video use. there are no "quality" adjustments, you have 720x1280 at 25 fps period.
