I still haven't got paid?

I was told payday is every 2 weeks. I just started at this job a month ago today and I still haven't got paid and need money for Christmas and a birthday. What should I do? My manger isn't in until Monday but the birthday is Sunday?

    Well you are getting nothing until you speak to your manager on Monday and have already worked 4 weeks and not got paid so I wouldn't hold out much hope you are working for a legit employer

    Give your manager a call, if you have his phone number.
