Baby Fever?

Everyone around me is having babies or are pregnant. I'm young and so is my boyfriend, although we live together and have our own home. He already has a 3 year old named Blair. I've asked her about it and she says yes she wants a baby brother (I want a son too maybe both of us will get our wish (: ) I've asked my partner about this and he starts back college in a few days to finish his degree in IT in April '15. I call Monday to talk to a woman about joining the staff of the local hospital. I'm currently on the Implanon implant and it comes out in May, but I was going to take it out in January a little earlier so I can get some baby fairy dust flowing. Although I've talked to my partner he wants to wait until he gets finished with his degree this April. Its killing me to wait, what's the edivence you would give me/us. Also how long after taking the implanon out could I conceive?
