Real paranormal activity question?

Start with thinking that just if something seems strange, it doesn't have to be in any way dangerous to you. Strange only means that you didn't understand it. You didn't understand it because you weren't properly monitoring the event (you couldn't hear/see whatever actually happened with sufficient detail to know for sure what it was, and wasn't).

There's nothing too strange about some wind pushing around papers. Various noises and sounds can be heard, without them needing to scare you in any way.

Once you turned on the TV, even if the sounds were there, it would be more difficult to hear them, because, likely, the TV was louder. As for in what exact direction, that's really difficult to know. But remember, if it was any kind of air current, such as the wind coming from any kind of open window, naturally wind can change directions, and start, or stop. Air can flow even without open windows, under various circumstances. Dogs can bark at various things that are outside of your home. They don't have to be scary either.

If you think it might be a real paranormal event, and it's causing you trouble, contact a priest and ask him to bless your house. But if the same thing keeps happening, you should probably check with a doctor as well to make sure its not some strange symptom associated with the seizures you have mentioned in some of your other questions.
