Should Al Sharpton be tied to the whipping post?

The parts of the United States have slipped into anarchy; and the laws, morals, and Constitution are nearly null and void. I will defend any cops that I see in danger and/or shot. It is going to be a sad day for anyone hurting cops when I'm around. The police are a veneer protecting and patching a civilized world. Sharpton and his rabble-rousing ilk are rulers and warlords of trash people of all races.

No, as I believe that to be cruel and unusual punishment, in clear violation of the 8th amendment. However, I would like it very much if people would realize what a race baiting charlatan he really is. Certainly not a man of God as he claims to be.
