Transferring my iPhone 4S to a new computer?
My iphone is linked to a laptop running windows 7 and that computer has not been working correctly for a while. There was a complete backup on that computer but it stopped working and now does not turn on. I got a new laptop for Christmas yesterday and it runs windows 8. I would like to make that the computer my iphone is synced to but to do that it needs to wipe my phone back to factory settings. I figured out how to save my apps and music but I cannot figure out how to save my contacts, photos and settings. Is there any way to save contacts photos and settings while switching computers. Please help!

To rebuild your iTunes library, you can use an iPhone content manager, AnyTrans. I use it to transfer all my contacts, messages, notes, videos, music, photos to my computer. And this tool also supports transferring things to iTunes and to another iCloud. Hope works.
