how long does it take to lose explosive power and sprinting speed?

I'm a college track and field athlete, I do long and triple jump. I have quadricep tendon injury right above my take off knee. I'm taking 2 weeks off, how much will I lose? I'm going to have 3 weeks to get back into shape after since my next meet is the 24, will I be ready in 3 weeks?

you will begin to lose conditioning in two weeks, but you should regain most of that in the 3 weeks you can train.

It may be possible to run in deep water so you are not completely idle for those 2 weeks.
