A day of appetizers for just our family. (2adults & 2teenagers) How many choices should we have? Suggestions to serve?

This is our own "Christmas Day" celebration for just the 4 of us.

we are going to have a shrimp ring, cheese sticks, sausage rolls, and I am not sure what else.

For dessert we are going to have a chocolate fondue with fruit.

I would also have a dip, like a 7 layer dip with tortilla chips or a salmon spread with crackers. Deviled eggs are a standard for us too.

Salmon Spread - this sounds sort of gross but it's really good

7 oz canned salmon - clean out any bits of skin or bones that might be in it

1 (8oz) pkg light cream cheese (room temp)

    2 Tbsp Lemon Juice

    3 Tbsp Milk

    1 1/2 tsp Dill Weed

1/4 Cup thinly sliced green onions

    Wheat Thins Fiber Select crackers

Drain the salmon and make sure there aren’t any bones in it. Mash cream cheese with lemon juice, milk, & dill weed, together with a fork until light and fluffy. Stir in salmon & onions until thoroughly mixed. Chill several hours before serving. Serve with your fav cracker. I love Wheat Thins Fiber Select crackers

    How about some raw vegetables?

"Sticks" of celery, carrots, bell peppers, zucchini, cucumber, broccoli. Provide some dip if you want.
