    I'm from the UK and this is my view.

    Reagan is number one because he managed to win the Cold War with a little help from Mrs T and the Pope. Unfortunately Obama has pressed the reset button on that, and a lot of other things! It is now back on and it is a warm war and even more dangerous. Reagan believed in freedom and free market capitalism which made America highly successful during his tenure. He turned America around form being weak, into a strong united country and back as the number one super power.

    Clinton lowered the drawbridge that allowed 9/11 to happen. This was planned years in advance and Bush had only been in office several months when the attacks took place. Clinton bottled it when he had the chance to take out Bin Laden. While Jihadists were planning 9/11 he was busy with Monica Lewinsky under his desk!

    Carter was dreadful and USSR dominated while he was president. America looked very weak.

    Obama has managed to surpass Carter. It has been scandal and corruption after scandal and corruption. His policies have not been pro-American. They have resulted in alienating America's allies and making the World more unstable. His foreign policy has been nothing short of disastrous.
