What should I expect when switching my shampoo from chemical free to regular shampoo?

Hmm... you should expect more chemicals in the shampoo, which usually means less health for you. The more natural you go, the healthier. It's always like that.
Obviously different shampoos will be different and some may be better than others, but in regular shampoo there are simply more chemicals and more potential (if unlikely) problems which could be caused by those chemicals.

You've been using "chemical free" shampoo? How much exactly does it cost to buy an empty bottle anyway? Anything labeled "chemical free" is lying to you. Please tell me you're not that stupid.

in the commercial industry there is no such think as "chemical free", its just a gimmic to trick people out of their money.
