Rigondeaux dropped twice but wins by stoppage, will this encourage the big names to fight him in 2015?

This was a entertaining fight. We all know the likes of Santa Cruz haven't been keen on taking him on in the past but after seeing some vulnerability will they finally step up?

Here is the fight:

Good win, but if it encourages big names to fight him that's good too. I don't like this treatment that Rigondeaux is receiving. I want to see him have the fights he deserves.

    Abner Mares would beat Rigondeaux.

Abner defeated Anselmo Moreno of Panama who is just as big of a runner as Rigondeaux and more rangy. If Togo was smart he would fight Leo Santa Cruz instead.

It's bad to chase a puncher around, especially a small powerful southpaw. The korean is a horrible opponent.

This will scare them rather than encourage them. Remarkable win for Rigondeaux. The year 2014 went out with a bang, thanks to the lower weight classes who never fail to entertain us.
