Know this quote?

There's this line from a movie that's been stuck in my head for days:

"If it means anything at all, I really did love you."

Anyone know where it's from? I'm positive that a woman said it, and I think she may have been British. But that's a bit iffy.

Thanks a bunch to anyone who can help! :)

    Maybe 'The Lion in Winter'?

It is in a way a compliment. One person who loves/loved another but is not loved in return by this person is saying if it means anything at all (you are/were a good enough, kind enough, perfect/wonderful enough to me) to deserve my love so you must be a very special person.
