How do you say "there have been several/some cases of" in French?

I have "il y a eu" so far.

I found that the word case was 'cas', but I can't find the plural! Do the French have another way of saying this?

Thank you in advance :)

Words that already end with an "s " don"t change at plural, that's why you couldn't find .

    Your sentence makes :

"Il y a eu plusieurs cas de..."

One example : There have been several cases of Ebola in Quebec, we must be vigilant ! : il y a eu plusieurs cas d'Ebola au Québec, nous devons être vigilants !
