Based on these symptoms what do you think this is please help!!?
Yesterday at practice I started to get weak and dizzy. My eyes, lips, and ears got really cold and I had this wierd feeling in my mouth. My hands and arms were tingling. Today my arm has been tingling all day to the point to where it is hurting. I've also had a headache. Does anyone know what this could be?

Sounds a bit like a migraine, but usually migraines only make one side of the body tingle. I'd be seeing a doctor if I were you.
