Why do they say I cannot play for Liverpool?

I asked a question on how I can join the top 5 league in my previous yahoo account, because I scored 50 goals in 39 appearance in Singapore Prime League, why is it I am not able to play for Liverpool, Arsenal or any of the smaller clubs of the top 5 league? Even Andy Carroll, Lambert, Heskey and some 3rd div player in Europe who isn't that good could. Why can't I? I don't want racist answer or bcoz I am Asian.

    Why don't you give them a email or call and ask for them to test you out? I assume that you are a pro player?

    You should try out with Liverpool or join a lesser English league team to get noticed.
