In Indiana what is the difference in age of majority and age of legal emancipation?

    they refer to the same thing. No difference. It means becoming a legal ADULT. Emancipation is normally used only when a minor applies for a court process/ order to become legally an adult before 18, so this usage here is really contradictory. And, please, don't confuse either one with age of consent, which is the age where if an adult has sex with a minor who is under age of CONSENT, then it defines if the adult will/ will not be charged with statutory rape. That is another ball of wax.
