Would this replacement screen work on this laptop?

So. I have a laptop with a bad backlight on one side. I m just going to replace the entire panel. I have another, slightly older laptop here. Can I rob the screen from that one and have it work on this?

    Unless to 2 screens are identical it almost certainly won't work, they are not identical so it won't work.
