How weight loss is different for men and women advantages and disadvantage ?

    They are both mostly the same, the biggest different for men and women comes in the form of muscle mass and body fat percentage.

    The only way for anyone to lose weight to by creating a deficit of energy, this is the same for everyone.

    Where it is most advantages for men is that they can eat more and still lose weight because of their greater overall muscle mass.

    Where it is most advantages for women is that they don’t have to lose that much body fat for them to look good and be healthy.

    So if both persons are 35% body fat the women would only have to go down to anywhere from 25-20% to look good where the men would have to go down to 12-10%.

    Women's dieting is about losing as much mass as possible, while men's dieting is about losing fat mass and putting the weight back on as muscle.

    One big difference with the end results is that while men are expected to be all solid, while women are expected to be toned but still have fat in their breasts and buttocks, which most of the time isn't possible.

    So while the ideal man is a lot harder to get, its achievable for more people than the ideal woman, which relies on fat settling in the right places and therefore luck.

    In that respect they're fairly even.

    always have vegetables on hand saute a big bag of frozen mixed vegetables in olive oil and garlic add some red pepper or turmeric for additional flavor and separate into portion sized containers for the fridge
