signed my lease before i was 18, ended up breaking it. now i am 18 and have a horrible credit score. is that legal since i wasnt 18 yet?

    Most likely. It might matter how you signed the lease before you were 18 though.

    Minor contracts for "necessaries" cannot be voided, and are binding. That most commonly includes when you purchase things like food and clothing. If you signed a lease under 18, it's almost certainly going to hold up as well.

    You should contact a local attorney to discuss what occurred in depth.

    Credit scores have nothing to do with legality. They can give you whatever score they wish.
