Signed my lease before i was 18, ended up breaking it. now i am 18 and have a horrible credit score. is that legal since i wasnt 18 yet?

    It depends on the judge who's presented with upholding or breaking the contract. A contract signed by a minor is 100% unenforceable while the signer is a minor, however if that signer continues to perform under the contract after they've achieved the age of majority (turned 18), that contract can be reaffirmed into a legally binding contract for both parties.

    Where you actually 18 when you broke the lease? If your credit woes are due to a judgement against you, your landlord at some point took you to court and won.
