My friend doesn't text me back?

So I have this friend that when she texts me asking for something I directly reply to her and she seems to quickly text back. But when I text her lots of times she doesn't reply and never says anything about it later. I asked her before why doesn't she text and she's always coming up with excuses. The last day of school before the break we had a test so she left before me. She didn't text me the whole beak and didn't even say happy new year! I didn't wanna text her cz I was afraid she wouldn't rep,y. When we came back from break she was like my phone wasn't working and stuff..she called me today.i had a class so I hung up then called her later and texted her asking what she wants but she didn't reply. I'm getting really mad at her and I'm starting to hate being around her.what should I do? It's really frustrating me and making me sad. I know texting isn't real life..but don't u think it means something?
