I just finished my 3 month probation period at work and they gave me a review and apparently my manager said I should be “more sociable”. I always greet her in the morning and say goodbye or enjoy your weekend when I leave. We sometimes talk about the weather, news, we joke about work stuff, and she sometimes shares about her family. I’m naturally an introvert and reserved and don’t like to always talk. I told the HR that’s just my personality. She was like try talking to her on lunch about hobbies/ personal stuff etc. But I don’t feel like she has the right to tell me to be more sociable as you can’t force ppl to be friends. Was she right in asking me to be more sociable? Like I do the job very well..do I have to be friends with my manager??

I felt like that was kind of a rude reply..cuz im wishing u well and actually took time to care about i and tell u that..would do u think?

Like what kinda freezie would you really wanna try?

Would mixing the flavours of blueberry and chocolate give a good taste?and would you try it if theyre mixed together and a frozen form like kind of a popsticle?

Im 21 years old and just started working at a factory. I m ver shocked by the way people are treated there. Everyone keeps shouting and yealling..my supervisor puts alot of stress on me and when shes mad she blows up in my face..one day I felt really emotionally tired cz my supervisor yelled at me the day before..I was telling a friend there who is a 40 year old women whom I became close with how tired I am and how tough this job is..I approached her to hug her then she pushed my arms away and told me u should be stronger..and this is how life is gonna be for u..I kinda felt hurt cz I really needed a hug at that moment..should I confront her? Btw im a girl.

highschool, i became emotionally attached to her since she used to hug me alot and listen to me. She told me she was gonna be there. But when I really needed her and was going through alot in my life she started leaving me and running away from me..it really killed me and made my problems worse. After 3 years, I still feel pain so I decided to msg her that she hurt me. Her awnser was that she was making me tougher to face life since I was to sensitive and she escaped cz the attachment wasnt healthy. I still feel really bad and have been crying for days..she didnt tell me she wanted to see me..do you think I should call her and tell her I wanna see her? Do u think that will ease away my pain by facing and seeing her? Or would it make my attachment worse??

I tried to forget with time..its been almost 3 years but the pain is still there..I really have the urge to send a message to the person and explain to them how they hurt me since im still holding a grudge..don't you think that being honest and openly talking about the reason would be good??

So I started college and met 2 girls who beacme my friends. They later both found boyfriends and barely hung out with me. We had group work once and I felt so stressed where my friend barely worked and I had to do everything. Now she's with me in lab and wanted to be my lab partner. I told you should work and you won't copy anything from me. Where I has bad experience with lab Partners before. Then I knew that she told my friend that I'm giving her a hard time . I got mad and told The teacher I don't wanna be partners with her cz hs doesn't work so my teacher said shell find a solution. What would I do? I really don't wanna be taken advantage of cz I was previously hurt because of this..do u think I did the right thing?

PS.my lab partner frnd has family problems so shes always skipping classes and out of focus..i do feel bad for her and want to help her but it would effect me badly at the end of the day right?

So I have this friend that when she texts me asking for something I directly reply to her and she seems to quickly text back. But when I text her lots of times she doesn't reply and never says anything about it later. I asked her before why doesn't she text and she's always coming up with excuses. The last day of school before the break we had a test so she left before me. She didn't text me the whole beak and didn't even say happy new year! I didn't wanna text her cz I was afraid she wouldn't rep,y. When we came back from break she was like my phone wasn't working and stuff..she called me today.i had a class so I hung up then called her later and texted her asking what she wants but she didn't reply. I'm getting really mad at her and I'm starting to hate being around her.what should I do? It's really frustrating me and making me sad. I know texting isn't real life..but don't u think it means something?
