Will Connecticut see a decent snowstorm soon?

This winter, as many in the northeast know, has not been very snowy. I would just like to know when the pattern will become more conductive for snow.

    I lived in New England (SE Massachusetts) for over 25 years. Historically the worst winter month is February. So, hang in there, the worst is yet to come.

    When there will be snow in <your state's name here> this winter won't be known until:

    1) snow is observed in <your state's name here> or

    2) winter is all but over.
