I think I'm being used for emotional support?

So I've had a thing with the girl for 2 months now, she likes to hold my hand and cuddle with me, she always says how much she wants me to hold as we are 3 hours apart we go to the same college and it's break, we been on dates and everything. She says over text and phone she wants to kiss me and have sex..but whenever we are together she doesn't let me kiss or if I do she unresponsive. She keeps saying she's not comfortable with me yet, she says it take her a while to get comfortable with a guy, but I don't believe that as she had sex with guys in a less timeframe and she's been with more guys than I have with girls I've had sex literally once..two days ago she tells me she's doesnt want to be tied down and just wants to be free but wants to continue things with us because she enjoys her time with me..after thinking about it I feel like I'm just eemotional support , should I get out now? Or is she really just not comfortable yet?
