Does anyone here really believe that anything that you say here matters?

Yes,every tiny little thing we do matters. It may not seem like much at the time but every interaction you have with people will change the pace and/or path that they travel into future with. The compound effect is astronomical and keeps diverging (from the path had you not interacted) the further into the future you go. When you interact with one person and change their path into the future it will automatically change the timing on all of their future interactions with others. Let me give you an example: Say you are walking down the sidewalk and you accost a stranger or even bump into someone. You have slightly changed their path into future events. There is no way they can carry on in the exact manor with their future interactions because you disrupted their timing. Whether someone gets hit by a bus or not can be as little as a fraction of a second. Or a car accident. Even something much more common,sex. As that timing offset compounds that you caused by talking to a stranger, surely someone (who had their timing affected) is going to have sex and conceive. There is no way they could have sex in the exact same manner and orgasm in the exact same position, where the exact same sperm fertilized the egg. A different person would be born which would cause a huge divergent in the future. Not to mention their offspring and so forth. It's like a never ending butterfly effect. If you cause someone to change their thoughts, you change the future more than you can ever imagine, because you have disrupted their timing into future interactions.

With that logic, you just went against yourself because what you say here doesn't really matter.

If what I say is logical and has proof to back it up, then it does matter.

As for the religious rats, absurd claims with no proof don't matter, but they will still continue to say it. Which of course just supports how deluded they are.

Yes, actually I do. That's why I come here. I realize that most of the questions are spurious, but if I can help a confused and distressed kid once in a while, yes. That matters.

Nah, this isn't a place to discover truth or even have a serious conversation about what is true. It's like a debate or an election, a pure popularity contest and nothing more.

Sure. I do. What I say here usually does matter, except when I am deliberately being funny - which should be obvious. I fully realize what I say will be lost on most people, but, for the true seekers, what I say works for them. As their constant emails reassure me! I only get the odd crap email.

Meh. Occasionally it might, but I think overall this site is best described as entertainment. At least, it's probably safer to view it as such.

@Remnant...I have not been here for some time now...simply had better things to do...just got a sudden urge to see if the atheists finally ran off all the believers...ha ha
