When I raise my ears/eyebrows, I hear noise that sounds like someone turning a page in a book or ripping a wet piece of paper. What is this?

Despite that description, there's no pain. It's just this noise. Everytime I jerk my ear. This slight "fwlip" noise.

Does this mean there's fluid in the ear?

    What is it though? Mine isn't just a noise. It's also a majorly clogged ear.
