I'm going to guess she's pre-menopause. Her hormones and body are changing again, and it's common for women between 45-60 to have a sexual slump and have no desire here and there. She may peak some days, but other days, she'll have no drive whatsoever. Try getting her out more, complimenting her more, and making her feel like she's still beautiful

You do not sound like a 70 year old. ANYways, not everyone keeps their sexual desire. If its medical thing, she needs to see a doctor. Or maybe she is getting some from a younger man

She's 50. Twenty years ago, she was 30. Few 30 year old women go through menopause - lots of 50 year old women do.

At 70, you SHOULD know a bit more of how life works. Doesn't seem you've learned those lessons.
