Is there a way I can add pictures from my computer to Sims 4 as paintings or posters?
I know there was a program for Sims 3 that I could download where I could achieve this (though I could never get it to work for me).
I'm of the opinion (and I'm sure a lot of you agree with me) that the selection of paintings and posters available for purchase in Sims 4 (or any Sims game for that matter) is rather small, and the selection of decorative objects I actually like is even smaller, so I'd love to be able to significantly increase the selection available.

If you see something on your computer screen, it has already been saved to that computer in some fashion, so no. If you don't trust people in your contacts (friends) list, they probably shouldn't be there. If you simply don't want certain people to see the photos at all, you can create groups and restrict access that way. But someone else could re-post the photo and there is nothing you can do to stop that. Sure, there are ways to make it more difficult, only a tiny bit. Once you put something on the internet, assume that it will always be there and you anyone can and will see it.
