How will President Obama rank historically as President, and what will his legacy be?

I feel he will probably be ranked in the top 15 Presidents. A quick run-down of his accomplishments:

- Healthcare reform (might be dismantled though)

- Wall Street Reform

- Probably prevented a Depression with the Economic Stimulus

- Ended War in Iraq

- Killed Bin Laden

- Has gotten the National Debt under control.. for now. But still no budget surplus, and debt will rise again in the coming years

- Economy is growing, recovered from where it was in the recession

- unemployment rate below 6%

His Failures:

- Failed to change how Washington works (key 2008 promise)

- Foreign policy missteps.. Egypt, Libya, ISIS in Iraq

- America more racially divided today than ever

- unemployment rate low, but people earning less in wages

- Now action on entitlement programs, government spending, taxes, etc.

- Obama has no partnering skills with Congress and legislative process (has no relationships in Congress)

His Legacy?

Healthcare reform could be part of his legacy, if it survives, and works.

What does everyone think?

Update:

Fox: Good point.

Update 2:

Nikki: I tried to be as fair as possible, honestly.

What was nonsense?

If healthcare is his legacy then he ranked as a total failure

The ACA is the worst law every foisted on the American people since the fugitive slave law of the 1850s

The odds of him not being rated as the worst or one of the worst are slim. The world has fallen apart under his lack of leadership. He singlehandedly has done more harm to Americas standing in the world than anyone.

His appeasement, bowing to kings philosophy, lack of geopolitical knowledge has put America in the position where for the first time since WW2, the world doesn't automatically look to us for leadership.

Mediocre at best. Largely the same as Bush II.
