If a fetus is "just a clump of cells," then why is it (emotionally) "difficult" for a woman to have an abortion?

Shouldn't it be as guilt-free as cutting your hair or washing dirt off you hands? Or is it because they realize that they are ending a life?

Update:

To clarify: I don't think it's "just a clump of cells." I'm referring to the "pro-choice" people that make this claim.

Because a fetus is MORE than 'just a clump of cells'. Do some research into what a fetus actually is. We are not talking about a Zygot, we are talking about a Fetus. If you do not know what a Zygot is, you REALLY have to do research!

I would answer Mitchell directly , but he seems to have blocked me. The answer is that many, but not all, have said it's difficult. Not just one. But it's kind of scary to think that anyone would consider abortion not emotionally difficult. Or is Mitchell the troll?

Some women feel bad, some women feel relief, some women don't have a big emotional response at all. I can't speak for all women, and neither can you.

Because it can potentially be a baby. That's never easy. Also because of the stigma surrounding abortion. And religion making you feel bad about it.

Who said it is emotionally difficult? What makes a "pathetic internet troll" like yourself think she can speak for "all" women who have an abortion?
