I ONCE MORE never said it was a forceful acquirement of organs, I said that forcefully acquiring organs is illegal, as part of - oh yes - bodily autonomy. If you don't want to lose your right to that, you have to understand they are in the same legal boat. I never said a fetus was a parasite, but it met the same definition. You also compared care responsibility law to pregnancy termination law. ANYONE who does that has no footing.

A pregnancy is simply a part of reproduction in mammals. As such it cannot be considered to be parasitic, in which an object foreign to the host takes over. A foetus or baby is a part of the body which is carrying it. I suspect anyone declaring that pregnancy is organs being 'forcefully taken', is trying to find grounds to justify the termination of pregnancy.
